General Sherman tree (General Sherman Tree) is the world's largest tree, usually considered to be the largest creature, 83.8 meters high, the bottom of the maximum diameter of 11.1 meters. General Sherman tree in California's Sequoia National Park, Giant Sequoia belonging (also known as Sequoia), age about 2300-2700 years. General Sherman Tree in 2002 had been measured volume of 1487 cubic meters. General Sherman Tree is neither tallest known on earth (the tallest trees on Earth is Hyperion Nagarjuna), nor is it the most wide (this award go to baobab sun all), but not the oldest trees. But on the volume, it is the largest known planet existing single trees.
